Hi, I'm Billi.

I grew up in Temecula, CA, during a time when childhood meant riding bikes until the streetlights came on, drinking from the garden hose, and spending all day outside. Weekends were spent with family going on high-speed adventures from boating on the river to riding quads and dirt bikes in the desert. Those carefree days taught me to find joy in simple moments, and they continue to shape the stories I love to tell today.

I've always been happiest when creating art. My husband and I spend our free time building our dream farm from the ground up out in Central Georgia. I drive him crazy with my “DIY ideas”, so he encourages me heavily to write! Our farm is my safe place and favorite place in the world! It is surrounded by animals and whimsical chaos gardens. It's where I find peace and inspiration. This is where my husband, my son, and the animals taught me love is unconditional and expressed out loud!

One thing that surprises many people is that I'm dyslexic. Reading was difficult for me growing up, so books were not a part of my childhood. I was not given the tools to navigate it. When I started working as a flight attendant sitting on a plane day in and day out, I picked up a book and was obsessed ever since!

Above all else, I'm a wife and a mother. My greatest hope is to raise a son who always knows he is unconditionally loved and supported.
